Service that Soothes, Products that Heal.
Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Pumps
Negative Pressure Wound Therapy pumps are devices that are used to help heal wounds and ulcers that do not respond to traditional treatment. Wounds that do not heal properly on a timely basis can create much larger issues for a Patient. A NPWT pump applies negative pressure to a wound to remove excess fluid and dead cells and increase the amount of Oxygen in the wound area. The NPWT pump is combined with a dressing kit to create a seal on the wound to create negative pressure to draw the exudate out of the wound area.

Unlike some NPWT providers, we do not have entangling alliances that make us exclusive to any one manufacturer. We seek to provide our referral customers with more than one solution option. Our solutions apply the same type of dressing and levels of negative pressure to a wound, only at a significant discount. Units that come with superfluous extras should be scrutinized for applicability.
For NPWT pumps we carry top of the line Medela and Devon brands, which both provide proven therapy at a reasonable price. Medela and Devon also provide foam and gauze dressing kits. Since most pumps and dressing kits do offer the same features, the true differentiation in wound therapy providers is in speed and service.

NPWT Foam & Gauze Dressing
Foam and gauze dressing are used in conjunction with a negative pressure wound therapy pump. The foam and gauze are cut to fit and packed into the wound with tubing connected to the NPWT pump. The foam or gauze is covered with a layer of material attached to the skin that provides a seal for the wound. Often, the dressing will be treated with an anti-bacterial substance to aid in infection fighting.
